By accessing this website, creating an order, or purchasing products through Cleva's Multiverse, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

Products & Collectibles

Cleva's Multiverse sells collectibles and related merchandise, which may include action figures, trading cards, collectible card products, apparel, accessories, limited-edition products, and other collector-focused merchandise.

Product photographs, descriptions, measurements, packaging images, and other information are provided to help customers make purchasing decisions.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe products. However, packaging, colors, artwork, accessories, manufacturer specifications, and other product details may occasionally differ from photographs or descriptions due to manufacturer changes or product variations.

Pricing & Errors

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or contains materially incorrect information due to a typographical, technical, manufacturer, or other error, Cleva's Multiverse LLC reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

Placing an order does not guarantee that an item will remain available. Inventory discrepancies, damaged inventory, supplier issues, technical errors, or other circumstances may occasionally prevent us from fulfilling an order.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we may cancel the affected item or order and refund the applicable amount.

Payments

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Orders may be subject to payment authorization, verification, fraud screening, or other security measures before fulfillment.

Cleva's Multiverse LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or otherwise violate these Terms & Conditions.

Trading Cards & Collectible Card Products

ALL TRADING CARD SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the collectible, randomized, and market-sensitive nature of trading cards, trading card and collectible card product purchases are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except where otherwise required by law.

This includes sealed boxes, packs, individual cards, graded cards, complete sets, limited-edition products, and other collectible card products.

Opening a trading card product does not guarantee any particular card, autograph, relic, parallel, insert, rarity, value, grade, or other result unless a specific item is expressly guaranteed in the product description.

Cleva's Multiverse LLC does not guarantee the future value, resale value, grading result, scarcity, or investment performance of any collectible.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible non-card merchandise may qualify for return within 10 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date, subject to the requirements of our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers must request authorization before returning merchandise.

Trading cards and collectible card products are final sale as described above.

Our complete Returns & Refunds Policy provides additional information regarding eligibility, return shipping, refunds, and non-returnable merchandise.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests for eligible non-card merchandise should be submitted as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

Trading card and collectible card product orders cannot be canceled once the order has been processed.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Cleva's Multiverse LLC, including carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, or other events.

Customers should contact us promptly regarding significant delivery problems so that we can review the circumstances and determine what assistance may be available.

Preorders

Products identified as preorders are products expected to become available at a future date.

Release dates and estimated arrival dates are provided based on information available from manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers and may change without notice.

Manufacturer or distributor delays are outside the control of Cleva's Multiverse LLC.

Any product-specific preorder terms displayed on the applicable product page will also apply to that purchase.

Purchase Limits & Resale

Cleva's Multiverse LLC may establish purchase limits on products, particularly limited-edition, high-demand, or scarce collectibles.

We reserve the right to cancel quantities exceeding stated purchase limits or orders that reasonably appear to be attempting to circumvent those limits through multiple accounts, transactions, addresses, or other methods.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and collected when required by law.

Customers are responsible for any taxes or obligations applicable to their purchases that are not collected directly by Cleva's Multiverse LLC.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Cleva's Multiverse name, original logos, original written content, graphics, photographs, videos, branding, designs, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Cleva's Multiverse LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or misrepresent our original content or branding without permission.
